The Merlot dell’Emilia IGT is an authentic expression of the territory from which it comes, presenting a garnet red color enriched with purple reflections.

This wine pairs well with a wide range of dishes, particularly enhancing meats, roasts and game.
However, its strong character finds a surprising complementarity when combined with mature cheeses, creating a food and wine combination that celebrates the roots of the Emilian tradition and the refinement of authentic flavours.
Merlot dell’Emilia IGT is born from a scrupulous manual harvest of the grapes, followed by a strategic thinning of the bunches in the summer, a practice that intensifies the quality of the fruit.
The vinification takes place through careful maceration and pumping over studied to extract the essential polyphenols from the skins, preserving the aromatic integrity and the taic structure of the wine.
The refinement continues for 18 months in wood-lined fiberglass tanks, a method that balances innovation and tradition, influencing the evolution of the wine and enriching it with complex nuances and an unparalleled olfactory and gustatory persistence.
